As part of my work with Clean Waters Kailua, our upcoming FREE workshop and community work day will be held at Kawainui Park on Kaha Street in Kailua on Sunday March 26, from 3-5pm.

We will have activities for kids of all ages to learn about watersheds, and we will talking with the community about various ideas on how to keep our waters clean, such as by managing storm water run off and planting native plants. We will also have gloves and bags available to do a trash pick up as we mark storm drains in the area with “no dumping” signs.
